Viewing and Moderating Comments
You can view and moderate comments from three pages in Media Factor: Media Overview page, Media Details page, and the Comments page.
To view and moderate comments from the Media Overview page:
- In the Navigation bar, select Media>Media .
- On the Media Overview page, from the horizontal bar, click the Comments button.
- Select the grouping by which you want to view the comments (Unmoderated, Approved, Denied, Trashed, or All).
Note: You can click the gear 
button to edit the view.
- Click a comment for the Actions bar to appear with Moderation and other options.
Note: SHIFT+CLICK to select multiple items.
To view and moderate from the Media Details page:
- In the Navigation bar, select Media>Media.
- On the Media Overview page, double-click a media item.
- On the Media Details page, scroll down to the Comments section.
- Select the grouping by which you want to view the comments (Unmoderated, Approved, Denied, Trashed, or All).
- Click Approve or Deny buttons beside the comments.
To view and moderat e comments on the Comments page:
- In the Navigation bar, select Community>Comments.
- On the Comments page, select the grouping by which you want to view the comments (Unmoderated, Approved, Denied, Trashed, or All).
- Select Approve or Deny buttons to moderate comments.
